OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS--------------------- WPP Series Spa Bath Pumps
(Model WPP600,WPP750.WPP900,WPP1100,WPP1500)
1.Spa Pump Position
If the spa bath pump is supplied separately to the spa bath,postion the pump as close as possibie to
the spa.This will ensure optimum spa jet performance.The spa bath pump must be protected from exposure to weather,It is important to ensure that there is adequate ventilation provided for the spa pump(minimim area 104 sqem).Without adequate ventilation the pump motor will over heat causing nui sance motor stops and starts.Failure to comply with these instructions may cause pump damage and/or removal costs shich are not covered by the warranty.
2.Plumbing Installation
spa bath pumps are supplied complete with integrated harrel unuons to allow easy
installation of PVC pipework.
The spa bath pump must be mounted below the normal operating spa bath level but above the spa bath to ensure correct pump priming and pump/pipe drainage(see Fig.)All water must drain back into the sap when emptied .This is in accordance with local Health
Ensure pipes rise evenly from the spa bath to the spa bath pump to avoid airlocks(otherwise the sna pumn will not prime,refer Fig.1).All nine conneetions must be watertight.Never allow spa pump to run without water as this may result in damice to the pump sea.
